From the Abruzzo wine region, Feudo Antico 2019 Pecorino is produced from organically-grown grapes. Love the freshness and weight on this silky white from Terre di Chieti. Bright on the nose and palate with fresh pear, melon, citrus zest and briny mineral flavours. So easy to love, as is the price ($16).

Pecorino food pairings: grilled seafood, fresh steamed shellfish with a squeeze of lemon and lime zest, fish tacos.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A organic white wine from the Terre di Chieti, Abruzzo region of Italy. This Pecorino is very pale and light coloured but with vibrant aromas of lemon grass, white grapefruit, mango, wet stone and herbal earthiness jumping from the glass. Flavours show ample stone fruit, peach intertwined with limestone minerality on the light bodied finish. Fresh, with bright mouthwatering acidity, with lifted melon and peachy saline. Great with seafood and shellfish dishes. Cheers!
