Reviews and Ratings

Travis Oke rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Wow! After a string of tasty cavas big on citrus but a touch watery this one was outstanding. Toasty, rich like honey but dry and crisp, my wife wondered why I had spent $50 on a Thursday night sparkler. I told her the truth. "Tastes like antique books and honey " (my wife's words - I don't understand her but I love her - and this cava)
Jason Solanki rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Apple, lime aromas. Crisp apple and nutty flavours. Dry. It's well made and fills your mouth with bubbles quite well with every sip. Will be enjoying this with Tandoori Chicken on the BBQ. Tasted Sept/2011.
In the August 2010 issue of Wine & Spirits magazine, this Cava received a score of 92. However, they did not supply a written review. Medium yellow straw colour (fairly intense colour for a Cava). Filled with aromas of toasted almonds, baked apple, yellow plum. Dry, rich, toasty, crisp sparkler. Medium- full bodied and textured. Fairly mouth-filling. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
