Featherstone 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is a dry, mouth-watering SB and a crowd-pleaser favourite. Enticing and zesty on the nose with white florals, citrus zest with ripe apple, pear, nutty and citrusy flavours balanced with eye-winking acidity. So fresh and delicious now. Chill and enjoy with seafood dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: vegetarian dishes, shellfish, green salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Trent Mayers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Sauvignon Blanc can be challenging in Niagara due to the cold winters, but Featherstone turns out excellent wines from this grape vintage after vintage. It’s medium bodied and treads the line between the ripe versions from New Zealand and the more austere from France. That leads to a white with intense stone fruit, lemon, and mandarin orange, followed by just a touch of grapefruit, minerals, and cut grass. 20% of the wine aged in used oak barrels adds richness. Pour with your appetizers, salads, and seafood dishes.

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This fresh and popular expression of Niagara Sauvignon Blanc shows delicious lime, lemongrass. apple, pear, orchard blossoms, and steely minerality on the nose and palate. Although wonderful on its own, this award winning wine is terrific with a wide range of dishes including salads, spicy Asian cuisine, grilled fish or chicken, and Tex Mex fajitas. Tasted September 2022. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
