From Famille Perrin (of Château de Beaucastel), their Réserve 2017 is a medium-bodied, dry rosé blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah sourced from the Grand Prébois vineyard in the Côtes Du Rhône wine region. Look for wild red berries, earthy florals and garrigue herbs on the palate. Pair with charcuterie.

Rosé food pairings: salads, fruit, raw veggies and dip, sushi.

Fragrant with wild red berries, earthy florals and garrigue herbs, on the palate, much of the same with more intensity. Pair with a pork tenderloin Wellington and red currant coulis. - Community Wine Reviews
