Reviews and Ratings

Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

From the Aconcagua Valley of Chile this intellectual blend of Rhone grapes - Marsanne, Rousanne, and Viognier seduces with a floral nose. The full body, and crisp acidity coax the tropical fruit, green apple, and pear pear flavours through to a long length on the intense palate. Its richness allows this wine to be paired with strongly flavoured dishes, though it is a wine that can be enjoyed on its own.
Drink now, or cellar through 2018.
Date tasted: January 2015.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This white wine is a blend of three Rhone grapes - Marsanne, Rousanne, and Viognier. However, my first whiff told me Riesling! That's because the familiar Riesling characteristic kerosene is evident on the nose as well as green apple, pear, floral. A sea salt lift on the palate. This blended white was aged 6 months in French Oak and 60% of the juice underwent MLF. Could be a tough sell at $40 but one sip and you won't have any regrets.
Perfect pairing with Oysters on the half shell. Happy Valentine's Day! Wink!
Tasted: January 2015
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A dry white blend made from 50% Marsanne, 38% Rousanne and 12% Viognier. Mild aromas of green apple, pear and floral notes carried through on palate, with a very dry, high acidity on mouthfeel.
Pair with oysters for a taste treat!
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A Marsanne/Rousanne/Viognier blend with aromas of white flowers, green apple, pears, minerality, and a "petrol" note lik that of a nice Reisling. The taste is tart green apple with high acidity and a pleasant saltiness and a medium lemon and green apple finish. This would pair well with shellfish or green salads with fruit.
