Natalie's Score: 91/100

Erath's Resplendent 2019 Pinot Noir is a bright, sensuous and supple Oregonian PN, juicy and ripe with rich dark cherry, black fruit, plum, earthy violets, smoky vanilla and subtle spicy flavours long and luxurious on the palate. As the harvest approached, September and October were cooler and drier than usual which allowed for a long, even ripening period as well as leaving the grapes with good levels of acidity. Just a lovely PN to lightly chill and serve up with roast duck.

Pinot Noir food pairings: roast chicken, smoked roast turkey, onion pie.

Reviews and Ratings

Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This was my weekend wine pick: an awesome pinot noir from Erath Vineyards in Oregon. Lovely aromas and flavours of cherries. Paired well with a pepperoni pizza. Great option for pizza nigh! 14% alcohol. Available at the SAQ (SAQ code: 13548454) at $30.
