This organic wine is balanced, full-bodied and tasty. Aromas of green apple, smoke, butterscotch and almond. Lovely white and green melon on the palate with a touch of nectarine on the dry finish. Terrific with herbed chicken. This organic wine has just 17 mg/l of free sulphur.

Chardonnay food pairings: pasta, Asian chicken salad, hodge podge, prawn bisque, dark meat.

Reviews and Ratings

Toasty, waxy and peachy on the nose, with nicely applied oak. Feels comfortable and apple-like, with good acidity pushing apple, green melon and green plum flavors. Bright, lively and firm on the finish, with a slightly pithy aftertaste. Score:88. Source: Michael Schachner, Wine Enthusiast, June 2012
