This big, black fruited Australian red wine is produced by the Ashmead Family. It proffers a savoury, meaty note and mouth-watering acidity. Layered and delicious. I recommend many of the wines from this winery with my highest ratings, and deservingly so. Master craftsmanship here. Elderton winery is certified Carbon Neutral. I don't know who Lorraine is, but I'd like to thank her for being the inspiration for this wine. This full-bodied red wine is a blend of about mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, with Shiraz and Merlot grapes. Pair with roast beef.

Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz Merlot food pairings: meatloaf, pork tenderloin.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
