El Enemigo 2018 Semillon is produced by winemaker, Alejandro Vigil, Catena Zapata winemaker and Adrianna Catena, historian, winegrower as well as youngest daughter of Nicolas Catena. Look for rich, lemony, chalky, grassy and honeyed melon flavours zesty, smooth and creamy on the palate. Drink or hold.

Semillon food pairings: veal ribs in white wine sauce, roast quail, grilled chicken breasts, pan-fried Mahi Mahi and chutney.
