Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Sustainably grown, single vineyard Chardonnay, and crafted by winemaker extraordinaire Thomas Bachelder. Does it get any better? How about all of that for under $20 CAD? That's right. Look for ripe apple, peach, stone fruit, and gentle oak aromas over a palate of fruit, butter, and minerality. Mouthwatering, crisp, and fresh right through the extended finish. This deserves a place of honour on the table at Thanksgiving. If you can't wait until then, ham and scalloped potatoes would pair nicely tonight.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This cool climate Chardonnay come from the coastal single-vineyard ‘Ucuquer'. Showing light oak on the nose and palate, it is otherwise clean and bone dry. Medium body, medium finish. Try it with grilled chicken. Tasted June 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
From the Colchagua Valley, Echeverría Rst 2017, single-vineyard Chardonnay is great value under $20. Produced by Thomas Bachelder, wine grapes are certified-sustainable. Look for ripe red apple, apple butter, apple pie spice flavours on the palate, finishing zesty and long with a flinty minerality. The wine was aged in neutral oak barrels. Chill and enjoy now. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
