Beautiful peach blossom nose then a surprising but delightful juicy, mouth-watering attack on the palate that is ultra-refreshing. Medium-bodied with terrific refreshment in this classic German Riesling. Pair with fresh seafood.

Riesling Kabinett food pairings: sushi with extra wasabi, roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, baby greens salad, feta cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A delicate Mosel Riesling with fragrances of peach, lemon and subtle minerality. Palate shows ripe peach, apricot, slight minerality and a delicate touch of balancing lemon. Medium-bodied with a satiny mouthfeel and a long finish. Delicious and very food friendly.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon with superb acidity. Flinty, matchstick and fresh apples on the nose. Dry with stone fruit, wet stone palate and good citrus finish. Perfect German Riesling. Great as an aperitif or pair with your favourite seafood, poultry or German sausage. To be honest this would pair with just about anything you choose.
Tasted: October 2015
This fresh German white wine made from classic Riesling grapes has lots of minerality and lemon freshness. Pair it with spicy dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
