Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Crisp, mouthwatering acidity, citrus zest, orange blossom, stone fruit, saline minerality. Medium-plus bodied. Pairs well with seafood dishes. Tasted 2015 vintage in Sept 2017. 88 points.
Domaine Salmon Grande Réserve (2015) is a Muscadet Sèvre & Maine sur Lie from the Loire wine region. Excellent value under $20. The wine is made from the Melon de Bourgogne white wine grape and has a refreshing and crisp acidity with lime, green apple and a long mineral finish (in a good way). The 'sur lie' process lends finesse and a silkiness to an otherwise very zesty wine. - Community Wine Reviews
