Spectacular! Apple pie with a racy edge from lovely light effervescence and balancing acidity. Perfect as dessert on its own or with cheeses, nuts or biscotti.

Sparkling Ice Cider food pairings: hard cheeses, sushi, poulty, pâtés, nuts.

Reviews and Ratings

Eye: Bright and clear, golden with amber highlights. Nose: Clean, redolent of ripe, freshly picked apples, candied fruits and a hint of Calvados. Palate: Complex and intense sweet apple flavours with an excellent balancing acidity. Full and round in the mouth. Its delicate bubbles lend it a light, airy character and diminishing the impression of sweetness.
