Reviews and Ratings

Julia Kelada rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

What an incredible price for this wee gem of a French wine!
On the nose there are cherries, cranberrries and cooked plums. Rich toasted wood notes and cinnamon.
On the palate there are cherries, black fruit and dried dates. Notes of cigar leaves and toasted nuts make for a beautiful marriage. Licorice steps forward with a mocha note. the tannins are velvety and give way to tones of nutmeg and cinnamon. This is a deliciously smooth dry wine.
Bst served all by itself but... great with designer sausages on the bbq and herbed potatoes!
