A mouth-watering Muscadet Sèvre et Maine aged on its lees to add finesses and creaminess. Great acidity for fresh, steamed shellfish. Mouth-watering lemon zest, with light herbs flavours on the palate finishing with briny mineral notes. So much happening on this Muscadet made from the Melon de Bourgogne wine grape.

Muscadet Sèvre Et Maine food pairings: garden salad, crab legs, salmon patties.

Domaine La Haute Févrie 2017 is a well-priced Muscadet Sèvre Et Maine sure Lie produced by Sébastien Branger in the Loire Valley Wine Region. This is a bone-dry Melon de Bourgogne aged on its lees for added finesse and creaminess. Vibrant acidity to match ripe pear, herb, citrus flavours and briny minerality on the palate. Chill and enjoy with shellfish, seafood, salads and ..... raw oysters! Wine grapes are hand-harvested from vines that average 35 years of age. - Community Wine Reviews
