A terrific, vibrant, zesty northern Burgundian unoaked Chardonnay from the Chablis region. Aromas of green apple, lime and lemon. Perfect as a chilled aperitif or companion to seafood or shellfish.

Chablis food pairings: oysters poorboy sandwiches, steamed mussels in their own juice, clams vongole.

Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Even just by the smell of this wine, you can immediately detect that this is a high end Chablis! This 100% Chardonnay wine has excellent energy; with squeezed lime, green and red apples with a mineral freshness, this medium bodied wine is vibrant and complex. A Chablis that will just become fuller, more complex and vibrant in colour over the years; drinks well now, but will become even more divine in another 5-10 years. Definitely worth its price.
Domaine Fevre Vaulorent 2015 is a premier cru Chablis. This Chardonnay is zesty and fresh with a green apple nose. This is an easy drinking Chablis. Enjoy now and for the next five years. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
