A lovely, fresh and richly flavoured Quebec ice cider. Aromas of crisp apples and sun-dappled orchards. Try this with fruit-based desserts.

Ice Cider food pairings: pork sausage pie, roast pork with applesauce, pork ribs and sautéed red cabbage.

Fresh, rich and perfectly balanced, dare to savour Givré as an aperitif with foie gras poêlé, goat cheese or blue cheese, or with chocolate, raspberry or apple dessert.

Fluid, fresh, rich and perfectly balanced. Pairs well with goat cheese or dessert, or simply serve as an aperitif.
Ice cider is made from frozen apples at temperatures of -40 Celsius. To make the small half bottle of 375 mol requires more than 50 apples. Félibre Givré won a Gold Medal at the 2015 All Canadian Wine Championships. - Community Wine Review.
