Reviews and Ratings

Domaine du Pré Baron belongs to the Terra Vitis organization, a group of French wine producers committed to producing healthy, high quality grapes without using chemical treatments or harming the surrounding flora and fauna. It embraces many of the principles of sustainable agriculture, organic viticulture and biodynamism, but is not officially certified under any of the governing bodies. There are hints of the New Zealand style of Savvy with this wine’s aromas of grass, gooseberry, lemon grass and grapefruit zest. The Loire influence shows up in the minerality on the mid-palate.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
