Domaine Du Grand Montmirail 2020 is produced from Old Vines Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre (60%/30%/10%) sourced from the Gigondas wine region. Dry, medium-bodied and fragrant with blue florals, Domaine Du Grand Montmirail 2020 is seductively alluring and brilliant on the palate with ripe red berry, dark plum, juicy dark cherry, wild herbs, meaty and spicy flavours with a long dark cherry and cracked pepper finish. Lovely now, but will continue to evolve in bottle, so try it again in 2026 and drink to 2036.

Food pairings: prime rib, juicy steak, venison tenderloin, pork tenderloin.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
