A light spritz on this classic French white wine brings forward the orange blossom and clementine notes. Refreshing and zesty with pleasantly bitter orange peel and white lime aromas and flavours. This wine was aged sur lie. Medium-bodied with such an intriguing tang and zest. Perfect for light to medium curries and spices.

Muscadet food pairings: eggs Benedict, leeks, green pepper.

Reviews and Ratings

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This Muscadet has a most inviting nose with fragrances of pretty wildflowers, apple and herbs. The palate is quite dry, with persistent flavors of lemon, wet stone and a lovely bold, yet balanced, acidity. A perfect match for oysters and many other shellfish.
The 2016 Domaine Du Bois-Malinge, Muscadet Sèvre Et Maine (sur lie) from the Loire wine region is a medium-bodied, pale lemon Muscadet made from the Melon de Bourgogne wine grape. The nose on this wine is very aromatic with floral, ripe pear and fresh green herbs. Pair with raw oysters on the half shell, crab cakes or moules et frites. - Community Wine Reviews
