Field fresh raspberries greet you on the nose followed by some watermelon and red grapefruit. This is truly liquid refreshment, with a lovely sunset thrown into the glass as extra. This is a wide-ranging and all-embracing rose that will please many people, but especially you.

Rosé food pairings: lox and capers, grilled salmon steak, grilled Ahi tuna.

Reviews and Ratings

Cherie Cole rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This remarkable wine from the vineyards of world-famous Tavel - renowned for their Rosés. Aromas and flavours of wild, ripe strawberries, sweet baking spice and a hint of black pepper. Enjoy this gorgeous wine on a porch swing on a warm Summer night. Tasted August, 2016.
A rose bursting with summer ripe fruit and wild field berries. Tangy acidity. Tavel is renowned for rosé wine: the region doesn't produce any other style of wine such is its focus on rosé. Grenache grapes lead in the blend. This is why Tavel is known for producing the best roses in France. Try it with cold cuts, pate or as you watch dying embers in a campfire. A full-bodied rose that offers aromas of red berries, rosehip and spices. Serve chilled at 10-12oC. Best consumed young. - Community Wine Reviews
