Reviews and Ratings

Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Nice balanced aromas with lemon, green apple, chives, and apple blossom. Great acidity, a slightly oily mouth-feel, and lemon, chive, and apple notes in the taste. Pairs very well with roast chicken.
This French Sauvignon Blanc some from a vineyard was originally planted by the Monks of the Abbey of St. Laurent in the 12th century. The vineyard soils are composed of 70% limestone and 30% siliceous clay. Offers aromas of flowers, chives, lemon zest and gooseberry. - Community Wine Reviews
