This organic Cabernet offers lip-smacking delicious aromas of blackberries and cedar forest with some black and purple fleshy plum notes in the background. Full-bodied and smooth. Great price!

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: creamy cheeses, French onion soup, slow roasted meat dishes, hearty vegetarian dishes, spicy tomato-based pasta dishes.

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of red and black fruits, cassis and licorice on the nose. Full bodied with good structure and firm tannins.

With concern for creating genuine wines that respect the land, nature, and subtle balance which allows for the expression of harmony between soil and vine, the vineyard has been organically farmed since 1990:
§ Compost and organic enriching agents to nourish the ground
§ Natural cover planting in autumn and in winter
§ Upkeep of the grounds through manual ploughing and weeding from spring to autumn
§ Treatments with natural products
§ Biological pest control of vine and grape pests
