Here's the king of Champagnes in this premium cuvée from Moet & Chandon. Dom Perignon is often thought to be the inventor of Champagne, or at least the bubbles, but it was rather the more complex task of masterly blending that he perfected. Great acidity, structure and length. Celebrate life!

Champagne food pairings: smoked tuna omelet, smoked salmon, shellfish, caviar.

Reviews and Ratings

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 96/100 with the following review:

The color in the glass is simply outstanding - pinkish with a slight copper hue, it is sheer elegance and perfection at its finest. It tastes as though each rose petal was hand picked and preserved perfectly amidst a selection of the finest organic red fruit. It is so very delicate with harmonious layers of decadence, sheer enjoyment and a real treat from start to finish.
Dom Perignon Vintage Brut (2004) is a rosé Champagne and the premium cuvée from Moet & Chandon. The cuvee blend is 50% Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This champagne is so elegant and light and dry on the palate, you hardly know you are drinking it. It is just more than a whisper on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
