Very yeasty, bready Champagne almost beer-like on the nose. Robust with mouth-watering acidity. This is a value-driven non-vintage champagne. Pair this sparkling wine with fresh seafood. Finishes with brioche, vanilla, and green apple. Great persistence of bubbles. This Récoltant-Manipulant Champagne is a classic blend of all three Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Pair with fried chicken for an extra treat tonight.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A beautiful crisp and lively bright Champagne. Aromatics of freshly baked bread, crisp and tart Macintosh apple prominence. Well balanced, complex with layered wet stone minerality, crisp fruit and great mouthwatering acidity. Pairs well with almost anything any time of day. Tasted this nonvintage beauty in March 2017. 92 points. BespokeTastings
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Yum! Robust and filling. . Deliciously bready, yeasty, vanilla, toasty, honey, apple and pear. Good value French Chanmpagne. Creamy mousse and persistent bubbles. Long length on a vibrant cleansing finish. Points for value.
Tasted: December 2014
This Récoltant-Manipulant Champagne is a classic blend of all three Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The grapes were harvested in 2008, but the wine is not vintage dated. - Community Wine Reviews
