Reviews and Ratings

Neil Phillips rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Medium-salmon in colour, immediately appealing.

Nose of wild strawberries, crabapple, just a hint of brioche.

On the palate, the tart notes come through with the strawberry, red currant, and a slight vegetal note. Made from Cabernet Franc in the traditional method, this is crisp and refreshing. Medium finish, the tartness lingfering nicely. Amazing value.

Tasted (most recently) March 2015
Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 80/100 with the following review:

A Crement de la Loire Rosé made of Cabernet Franc (100%) with a clear grey color.

The nose is delicate and simple with aromas of berries.

This sparkling is ready to drink.
Serve it at 6-8 degrees.
Take it on its own.
