This is a divine dessert wine! Australian dessert wines are often referred to as "stickies" however, there's nothing cloying about this wine and the only aspect that stickie is the memory of its taste. A lusciously layered dessert wine with rich aromas and flavours of honeyed apricot and peach preserves. Lovely nose of orange blossom, honey wax and white flowers. Terrifically concentrated sweetness at 231 grams per liter of residual sugar. Triple yum!

Semillon food pairings: foie gras, cheeses, angel food cake, biscotti, bread & butter pudding.

This Australian dessert wine is made 100% from Semillon grapes. The 2011 vintage of Noble One has a apricot jam nose laced with honey and baking spices. The finish is long and infused with orange zest and more honey. - Community Wine Reviews
