Mocha rich on the nose with aromas of fleshy blackberries and plums and chocolate. Round and layered with lots of length on the finish. This full-bodied red wine is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon but also includes a splash of Cabernet Franc grapes in the blend. Decant 1-2 hours. This would be a terrific dinner party wine or gift wine. Give it to yourself!

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pork tenderloin, lamb with rosemary.

Reviews and Ratings

This is a classic Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon (2013) produced by Paul Hobbs. Lots of texture and refinement on this wine. Mostly produced from the estate vineyards in Coombsville, the wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Merlot. Drink now and for the next five years. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
