A profusion of white flowers and happiness on the nose. Just the right amount of acidity for almost all dishes, except maybe steak. Lively and pretty on the palate with another field of white flowers. This also works nicely as an aperitif on a sunny patio as the sun warms your shoulders. Have another sip. Life is beautiful.

Torrontés food pairings: seafood, salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Let them Let them drink...flowers?! Lots of flowers in fact. Both on the nose and the palette. Fresh citrus and a little effervescense help balance and cleanse the off-dry sweetness. Great as an apparatif on it's own or with cheese which is how we started our evening in Little Italy. A little Argentine with our Italian.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
