Credaro Five Tales (2014) is a Shiraz with grapes harvested from the Summus, Cellar Door and Carbunup River Vineyards. Fermentation was whole berry fermentation (to preserve fresh fruit flavours) with gentle pump-overs for two weeks, Wine is matured in French oak barrel.
