Reviews and Ratings

Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Earthy black cherry, licorice, and a touch of spice. The taste adds a touch of cocoa and keeps the dark cherry from the aroma. Decent rounded tannins, and a smoky cherry finish.
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Earthy & smoky. Full bodied and a taste dominated by cherry and black pepper.
Tasted April 3/16
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Wild berry, dried cranberry, vanilla. Very plush berry coulis flavor. Milk chocolate.
Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Dark, inky garnet with pale rim. Herbaceous notes mingle with black licorice and dark fruits on the nose. Very sweet black fruit on the palate, layered with licorice spice. Balanced acidity, full body and smooth, rounded tannins. Nicely crafted, but fairly imposing red.
Produced by Miguel Torres, this voluptuous, supple Chilean red wine is made from the country's signature grape Carmenere. ? Community Wine Review
