This lovely Californian white wine is a blend of several white wine grapes. Highly aromatic and floral with notes of daisies, baking spice and peach jam. Off-dry but balanced with a hint of acidity. Viscuous and mouth-coating. Pair with curries.

Food pairings: coquilles St Jacques, Greek salad, salmon tartare served on shaved carrot and zucchini.

Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Off dry with big juicy orchard fruit, peach compote, white floral, baking spice. Beautiful to pair with an unsweetened baked apple or peach cobbler. Fantastic accompaniment to an aged cheese platter with dried fruits, gourmet crackers and coulis. Also emily enjoyable without food. Tasted 2015 vintage in April 2018. Beautiful. 90 points
