A gorgeous Californian rosé made from the Valdiguié grape which only grows in small quantities in California. The vines for the Conundrum Rosé are planted along coastal regions of California. Aromas of fresh field berries and small wild strawberries. Dry and refreshing. Pair with salmon, tuna, roast chicken.

Food pairings: salmon, tuna, roast chicken.

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Tart, crisp, big mouthwatering acidity with low tannins. Chewy, strawberry, pepper, blood orange zest. Would pair with a gourmet salad topped with a balsamic glaze, raw almonds and sliced strawberries. Tasted NV release in April 2018. 90 points
