Phenomenal for the price point! Crisp and toasty with lime-fresh vibrancy. Great party sparkler or aperitif. This delightful bubbly is a blend of Chardonnay 90%, Pinot Noir 6% and Riesling 4%. Lovely aromas of green apples with a toasty, creamy texture. Great aperitif. Stock up for all your celebrations and parties with this one. Food pairings: scallops, pan seared calamari and pastas in light cream sauces.

Reviews and Ratings

Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Aromas of crisp green apple, lime zest, and fresh bread. Zippy acidity, a taste of green apple and line, and a tart finish.

I paired this with an omelet with tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, fresh basil, and black pepper for breakfast. Fantastic. Please don't judge me.
Cono Sur's sparkling wine is lively and radiant. Its aromas reveal great expression of fresh fruit, mingled in with the complexity and elegance of citrics, white flowers, and slight notes of honey. It's juicy, crisp, mineral and refreshing. A fresh palate, balanced, complex and with great acidity, displays an extremely elegant and delicate brut, it is the perfect choice for an aperitif.
