Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This is a lovely example of the Austrian grape, Zwiegelt coming from the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Aromas of cranberry and dark cherry with notes of black pepper, and a hint of underbrush. Medium bodied with vibrant acidity and just a hint of soft tannins on the palate. Fruit notes are bright, with lots of ripe, juicy red berries, and a slightly spicy and smoky finish. Enjoy with all of your late summer BBQ meals.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
