Love the blend of expressive New World fruit with a savoury, earthy Old World edge in style. Aromas of mouth-watering black cherry, luscious layers of satiny fleshy fruit with some spice on the finish. Superb quality and taste for the money. Pair with planked salmon.

Pinot Noir food pairings: baked mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese crab and green onion, mushroom and onion risotto, cheese and potatoes rissole.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This wine is absolutely dynamic, featuring aromas and flavours of black cherry, red plum, spice, and wild herbs. Looks to be unfiltered or only lightly filtered. 92 points. (www.ottawawinejournal.com)
The signature of the Greywacke sandstone soil comes through on the both the palate and finish. Previous vintages of this wine have won the Gold Medal at the Royal Easter Show Wine Awards. The 2014 vintage of the medium-bodied Bel Echo Pinot Noir finishes with black cherry. - Community Wine Review
