Reviews and Ratings

Nick Onischuk - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The Clos Du Bois Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 is a medium bodied beauty. Very enjoyable aromas and flavours of cherry, blackberry and raspberry. Would pair very well with your favourite steak! Tasted November 2016 (89/100)
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Wild berry aromas with some milk chocolate, which is echoed on the palate. Great with a nice BBQ steak.
Astrid Young - Sommelier ISG CAPS rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Predominantly red fruits with an underlying wisp of dried plums, and oak vanillin. Straightforward and easy drinking, soft for a cab sauv, some overripe fruit evident on the mid palate with an almost port-like, slighthly nutty finish which shows a slight but not unpleasant oxidation. Will not harm you.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Blackberry and oak on the nose with blackberry, cherry and chocolate flavors. A toasty finish offers a touch of oak.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Blackberry and raspberry, cedar, spices, and a hint of vanilla. The taste is similar, tending towards ripe raspberry, The mouth-feel is juicy, with some firm tannins.
Sean O'Regan - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

Oct 5, 2014: Medium ruby, currant, berry and cotton candy along with gentle spice on the nose. Sweetish with berry/cherry and some herb and wood spice. Medium body, acids and tannins are in line. Pair with grilled beerf, or pasta with meat sauce.
