Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A nose with aromas of mild buttered toast, tropical fruit/guava and a little oak. The palate gives very buttery flavours, oak and ripe pineapple. Medium-bodied with a medium long rich buttery finish.
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

All the major players showed up to the party in this California Chardonnay. A line up of apple, pear, tropical fruit, floral, honey, toast, butter, vanilla and toffee. This Chard is not overly oaked and many will be thankful for that. This is a full-bodied Chardonnay with medium+ balanced acidity with a rich lingering finish. Very enjoyable. Pair this wine with fish or poultry, cheese plate, cured meats. $40 price tag keeping me from upping the ante.
Tasted: March 2015
