Terrific balance! Great refreshment with some herbal and lifted lime notes but not too grassy. A nice richness that you often don't see on sauvignon blanc from New Zealand. If you haven't tried New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, start with this one.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: chicken salad, pork tenderloin, linguine, avocado and papaya salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Terry Jeans - Certified S rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This biodynamic and organic sauvignon blanc is a great example of what New Zealand does best! With racy acidity, ample minerality and some herbaceous notes, it stands out among some of the better ones that I have tried in this price range. It paired well with a baked ham and fresh pineapple. It also screams of being a perfect match with seafood or it would be refreshingly crisp on it's own.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Well balanced, lots of delicious lemon and lime, ripe peaches noted as well, medium body and great acidity.
Pair this sauvignon blanc with seafood or shellfish. Source: Winery
