From the Menetou-Salon Commune in the Loire Valley, a beautiful, zingy and mouth-watering Sancerre produced by Chavet & Fils. La Dame de Jacques Coeur Blanc 2017 is an Old World Sauvignon Blanc with white florals and a flinty mineral aromas on the nose. The wine is crisp, clean with citrus zest, green apple, white grapefruit, green herb and clean mineral flavours on the palate. Pair with green salads. This vintage was awarded Gold in the 2018 Concours Général Paris.

Food pairings: grilled, lightly herbed lake fish, poached whitefish, salmon cakes.

From the Loire wine region, Chavet & Fils La Dame de Jacques Coeur Menetou-Salon Blanc is an old world Sauvignon Blanc with crisp lemon, lime, chalky, smoky minerality and vibrant acidity for food. Chill and pair with green salads or grilled seafood dishes. The vineyards are situated between Sancerre and Bourges. The wine is presented in an eco-friendly lightweight bottle.
