Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pretty pale peach/pink, from Luberon, Rhône A.P. in S France. Refreshing aromas and flavours of strawberries, raspberries, citrus zest and hint of licorice in a crisp, dry mouthfeel. Reach for this when the temperature sizzles and enjoy with black olive tapenade or shellfish.
Tasted May 2017
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Very pretty salmon-pink colour with aromas of ripe, wild strawberry, lemon and floral notes. Light and lively on the palate with strawberry, raspberry and lemon. Pair with shellfish or grilled pork. Tasted June 2017.
Château Val Joanis Tradition (2016) is a dry, mouthwatering, red berry rosé from the Luberon in the Rhône wine region of France. Brought to us by Chancel Family, Proprietor-Récolter, this is a consistently refreshing wine that can handle salads to barbequed pork ribs. - Community Wine Reviews
