Reviews and Ratings

Alex & Priya - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Priya: I love the wee bit of effervescence on this and that it's a dryer style of the gewurztraminer grape. A really nice and refreshing wine, went nicely with the Thai takeout and with our leftover Chinese a couple of days later! It's very crisp and yet still retains the lychee notes that are common in this grape. I could easily drink a few glasses of this on a hot summer day! 90pts

Alex: This is a fine gewurtz, with all the weight and seductive tropical fruit presence you'd want for sub-$20. Pretty lychee, apricot and honeydew melon aromatics with a svelte mouthfeel and enough acidity to provide refreshment on a summer day. 88pts
Winemaker Wendy Stuckey has produced a remarkable Gewürztraminer here. Balanced perfectly with residual sugar of 1.7%. Racy and delicious. - Community Wine Review.
