From the warm, sunny south of France, a dry and light-bodied rosé made from Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris and Mourvèdre. Lovely floral notes on the nose, dry and citrus zesty on the palate with pink grapefruit, ripe cherry, mint and lavender notes. Pair with grilled chicken breasts.

Food pairings: veal scaloppini, grilled radicchio and Romain hearts with fig and berry balsamic dressing.

Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous shade of light bubblegum pink. Nose shows delicate notes of cherry blossom, white peach, and wet stone. Extra dry, quite crisp with minerality followed by touches of lemon and citrus. Finish shows good ripeness in the fruit notes, especially white cherry. Simple yet elegant, perfect for summer barbecue foods or salade Nicoise.
Château Saint Roch, Le Rosé 2018 is a light-bodied rosé wine blend of Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris and Mourvèdre from the Côtes Du Roussillon in the Midi wine region with orange zest, pink grapefruit and red berry flavours and a smattering of dried herbs on the finish. Chill and pair with brunch, quiches and salads. - Community Wine Reviews
