From the Côtes De Bourg, Bordeaux wine region, Gaïa de Château Puybarbe 2019 is a dry, full-bodied, juicy and youthful red wine blend of 76% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Cabernet Franc rich with ripe red plum, dark berry, savoury herbs and spicy flavours generous on the palate. Enjoy it with an equally juicy roast of pork.

From the Côtes De Bourg, Bordeaux wine region, Gaïa De Château Puybarbe 2019 is an amazing value Right Bank Bordeaux red under $16. Produced from mostly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are sustainably-grown without chemical fertilizers or herbicides. The vineyards are HVE (High Environmental Value) and ISO 14001 certified. Look for rich dark plum, dark berry, dried wild herbs, mocha and subtle spicy flavours on the palate.
