The 2015 vintage is a blockbuster! The Cotes du Ventoux Cuvee des Terrasse is a robust blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah grapes that was matured oak barrels and foudres. Aromas of garrigue, anise and black cherries, toasty oak and some earthy notes. This wine was not fined or filtered. Pair with grilled meats.

Grenache Syrah food pairings: hard cheeses, petit Provencal cheese, cheese-based pastas.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This is not the Pesquié of old. It seems to have been given electroshock therapy and is totally straightened away. Ooldes of ripe bramble, briar, and kirsch flavours supported by a solid core of chalky minerals and fresh herbs. It's a perfect pairing with sharp cheddar. 91 Points and highly recommended.
Château Pesquie, Terrasses 2015 is a crowd-pleaser favourite. Great value for quality as well and under $20. The full-bodied 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah red wine blend is not fined or filtered. It's a classic Southern Rhone red with crushed raspberry, garrigue herbs, savoury and cake spice flavours on the palate. Nicely done. Drink now and often from the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
