Château Lestage 2019 is a dry, full-bodied, elegant and fresh 62% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Petit Verdot red wine blend from the Listrac-Médoc, Bordeaux wine region. Produced from sustainably grown grapes. Youthful with blackberry, dark plum, black currant, savoury herbs, spicy and mineral notes on the palate, tannins are fine-grained and there is a lot of juicy acidity on this wine for food. Enjoy it now through 2034 with an equally juicy bacon-wrapped filet mignon.

Food pairings: roast beef, pork tenderloin, roast goose.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
