A rustic red blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Firm on the palate with spiced plum, blackberry, crushed raspberry flavours on the palate. Would benefit from a few more years in cellar. Try in 2022. Seven generations of the Carreu family have been making wine since 1832.

Food pairings: grilled game sausage, BBQ beef ribs, bison burgers.

Delicious everyday wine from Blaye, Cotes de Bordeaux, the Chateau Les Petits Arnauds 2016 shows armas of blueberry, plum, black pepper, leather, pipe tobacco, vanilla and oak. Made from 85% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine exposes balance and a round and coating finish, making it ideal for any occasion. Palate: raspberry, plum, tobacco leaf, cocoa, dark chocolate, spice and oak. Enjoy!
From Blaye Côtes De Bordeaux wine region, Château Les Petits Arnauds Tradition is a rustic red blend of mostly Merlot and some Cabernet Sauvignon grapes added in. Firm and structured with spicy plum, blackberry, smoky and meaty on the palate. Good now, better in 2022. - Community Wine Reviews
