Château L'eglise D'armens 2016 Grand Cru Classé is a rich and beautifully-crafted 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon red wine blend sourced from grape vines averaging 30 years of age from around the village of Pey d'Armen in the Saint-Émilion wine region. Juicy and vibrant with bright black fruits, crushed raspberry, black currant and blueberry flavours with a lingering spicy finish. Tannins are structured. Good now, better in 2022.

Food pairings: roast pork tenderloin, veal medallions in wild mushroom sauce, Coq aux vin.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
