From South of Saint-Estèphe, Chateau la Fleur des Aubiers, AOC Medoc 2015, is a lovely easy drinking Bordeau style wine and a winner of the Medaille d’or Paris 2017. This Medoc wine 2015 is made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, showing aromas of blackberry, blueberry, violet, bay leaf and cedar. Medium body and finish, Chateau la Fleur des Aubiers 2015 exposes freshness and balance. This food friendly wine reveals blackberry, black pepper, baking spice, new leather and cedar. Pair with pork and rich sauce. Enjoy.
