Reviews and Ratings

Tania Thomas - CSW, WSET ADV rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Fantastic value red Bordeaux from an incredible 2010 vintage. Full bodied, plush, smooth and concentrated blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aromas and flavours of ripe cherries and blackcurrants with mineral overtones and a touch of earthiness. Fresh and vibrant palate with smooth tannins, leading to a polished, lingering cedar-toned finish. Enjoyable as a sipping red and perfectly matched with red meat, game and cheese. Tasted Nov 2016. Tania Thomas – www.taniathomas.com.
Produced by Billa et Fils, Proprietor, this Bordeaux red wine won a Gold Medal at the 2012 Concours de Bordeaux wine competition. Like most Medoc vineyards, this one leads with Cabernet Sauvignon planted in alluvial soils. It's a blend of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon and 41% Merlot. The 2010 vintage was a spectacular one. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
